This is an easy wildflower for the garden and it has a long bloom time. The daisies are 1 to 3” wide. They make good cut flowers. Botanically, it is interesting because both the ray flowers and disk flowers produce seeds. It is suitable for anything from a formal garden to a natural area. The flowers are attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinators. The plant is a caterpillar host for several moths. Its seeds may be eaten by songbirds. Deer tend to leave it alone.
